This was my first order and it won’t be the last. The quality of this product far exceeded my expectation. I usually don’t order online but I’m so glad I took my chance with Ikkasa. All the products align with our aesthetic and this Medium basket is perfect for any small space. The material is the softest to the touch yet sturdy. It keeps shape even when the clothes are dumped on it and not in it. I use it as a laundry basket and it’s breathable enough to not retain any foul odours even in this humidity. And lastly, I would like to add that the customer service after the purchase was phenomenal. I accidentally left out part of my address and only realized it after their confirmation email. I reached out with my issue and Team Ikkasa responded in record time and were so kind and understanding. They also accommodated my request for some changes to the handles and I am beyond thankful. Overall, I would 100 percent recommend this product and for the price that you are paying, you are getting more than your moneys worth!!
